With the introduction of the new tax stamp model in 2008 and the definition of marketing deadlines for all tobacco products, we would like to point out that, in the case of cigarettes, products with a green tax stamp can only be marketed and sold to the public until March 31, 2026.
In the case of rolling/pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, water pipe tobacco, heated tobacco, and nicotine-containing liquids, the marketing deadline for these products with green tax stamps ends only on December 31, 2026.

Cigarillos and cigars with green tax stamps may be marketed and sold to the public until December 31, 2030.

For the year 2026, the tax stamp is burgundy in color, and cigarettes with this tax stamp may be sold until March 31, 2027.
