Delivery Times

Orders are delivered within 24 business hours, provided they are placed before the cutoff times indicated below. Orders registered after these times will be processed on the following business day.

Standard Cutoff Times for Order Placement:

-Until 7:00 PM: Delivery on the next business day.
-After 7:00 PM: Delivery within 48 business hours.

Specific Cutoff Times for Coimbra, Covilhã, and Vila Real:

Until 5:00 PM for convenience products ("non-tobacco" products): Delivery on the next business day.
Until 6:00 PM for tobacco products: Delivery on the next business day.
After these times: Delivery within 48 business hours.

Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value for tobacco products is €500.

Delivery Costs

Tobacco orders of €500 or more: Free delivery.
Tobacco orders below €500: A delivery fee of €4,99 (VAT included) applies.

Product Availability
 
All orders are subject to stock availability. In the event of an out-of-stock situation, unavailable items will not be included in the shipment and may be delivered separately at a later date.
 
Changes and Cancellations
 
Requests to modify or cancel orders must be made as quickly as possible through Customer Service. Approval remains strictly subject to the current preparation status of the order.

Delivery Conditions
 
Deliveries will be made to the customer's address, and it is the customer's responsibility to
ensure receipt.
    Note: If it is not possible to inspect and verify the goods at the exact time of delivery, this must be explicitly noted on the delivery slip with the phrase "subject to verification" ("sujeito a conferência").
 
Exceptions
 
Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand, commercial campaigns, holidays, or due to unforeseen logistical reasons.
